WORK STUDY AWARENESS - This full day course introduces trainees to Method Study & Time Study techniques through participating in practical exercises. At the end of the course delegates will understand the process that professionals follow when delivering Work Study techniques. In addition, trainees will understand the many benefits that Industrial Engineering has to offer.
PERFORMANCE MANANAGEMENT - This half day course will introduce the delegates to the factors that impact on operational performance. Trainees will be shown how to calculate performance. Interactive exercises will show delegates what practical measures can be adopted to improve performance results.
