This is because ALL relevant factors are considered within the model…………………..therefore no more need for planning on the back of a ‘Fag Packet’!! This creates the opportunity to adjust staffing levels to ensure the best possible fit of resource to business activity.

• LABOUR BUDGETS - This is in effect an annual staffing plan with additional cost tables.

• PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT - Comparison of ‘Actual’ hours used against ‘Target’ hours based on Standard Performance. This allows fair benchmarking between different staff, processes, managers, shifts & sites.
