During 2006 AS Consulting carried out work for the Fozzy Group (a Ukrainian based Supermarket chain). This involved 8 trips to Kiev……….several visits being in the winter months!!

The contract involved a process improvement project across the warehouse & instore logistics processes. The studies highlighted opportunities to significantly improve these processes. In fact, warehouse productivity more than doubled within a few weeks of the completion of the intitial work.

Furthermore, I project managed a pilot study that assessed the potential impact of automatic ordering on the business of the client company. This demonstrated huge improvements in sales, inventory levels & logistics costs.

Given my expertise is mainly in cost reduction I was delighted to learn from client management that the changes I suggested had also increased their vegetable sales by more than 20%!!!
