Andrew Sibbles is a qualified Industrial Engineer with over 15 years management experience within the logistics industry. He worked for Christian Salvesen plc & The Tibbett & Britten Group before becoming a Productivity Improvement Consultant in 2004. He has a degree in Business Administration with French from Loughborough University.

During the course of his management career he has successfully performed several roles: Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Manager, Planning Manager & Senior Industrial Engineer. He designed & implemented a Productivity Improvement programme that saved £5M across three Marks & Spencers distribution centres in 2 years. His background in Third Party Logistics means he is used to operating under the pressures of tight cost control & demanding customer service levels.

Andrew works with other experienced & qualified Industrial Engineers on larger projects.

  • Paul Smith (Fashion Retailer) - Process mapping & analysis of current warehouse operation
  • Metro Europe Limited - Designed potential warehouse processes & staff costing as part of a business tender

  • Exel (UK) Limited - (Sainsbury’s chilled food distribution) - process improvement, work measurement & Incentive scheme design for the warehouse operation.

  • Tibbet & Britten Group - Sainsbury’s textile distribution - Warehouse layout review & re-design
  • Transport Development Group - Productivity improvement programme implentation at a Morrison’s chilled food distribution centre.
